At PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd (PERSOLKELLY), I currently support training operations as a part-time Training Assistant, handling session logistics and virtual classroom hosting while assisting lead trainers.

As a Consultant, Talent Support, I recruited final-year students for the GIFT Programme and K-Youth Semiconductor, achieving an 89% undergraduate placement rate. I also managed payroll and timesheet processes and supported training delivery.

For the K-Youth Development Programme, I recruited and onboarded 450 engineering and technology graduates and coordinated the deployment of 450 apprentices across 80 host companies.

Earlier, I completed a Workday HRIS data-scrubbing project covering 1,500 employee records during my Human Resources Internship at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Malaysia. I also produced promotional video collateral for Berkat Pay as an Apprentice & Content Creator.
