What I'm looking for

My goal is to digitalize and centralize recruitment and people data to enhance operational efficiency, improve data accuracy, and foster stronger relationships with stakeholders.

At BASF Asia-Pacific Service Centre Sdn. Bhd. (BASC), I managed recruitment operations across the full hiring lifecycle and maintained accurate talent acquisition records. I also contributed to improvements involving offer letter generation, internal equity data, OnboardNow, and Enboarder.

Earlier at BASC, I supported internship recruitment across Malaysia, handling over 60 job requisitions, and coordinated Hiring Day and Graduate Program activities. I developed knowledge-transfer videos and work instructions, and supported process standardization and recruitment data centralization.

At Employees Provident Fund (EPF), I collaborated on Knowledge Base modules for ChatBot production, including conversation design, proofreading, and testing in Bahasa Melayu and English. I’m interested in digitalizing and centralizing recruitment and people data to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and stakeholder relationships.
