What I'm looking for

I am looking for an opportunity where HR is truly seen as a strategic partner to the business—not just a support function. I want to work closely with leaders to understand business goals and translate them into people strategies.I am particularly interested in roles that involve stakeholder management, organizational development, talent planning, and employee relations.

I am an HR professional with over 11 years of experience in HR business partnering, end-to-end recruitment, payroll management, statutory compliance, and HR operations. I have a proven track record of building HR functions from scratch and aligning people strategies with business objectives.

I have implemented ATS/HRMS systems (GreytHR, Keka, Zoho, Infowan), developed HR policies, SOPs, and workflows, and led recruitment and HR teams across multiple organizations. My work includes payroll coordination, PF/ESIC compliance, employee relations, performance management, MIS reporting, and training and development.

I bring a client-focused mindset and experience providing HR advisory services, scaling HR verticals, and improving processes to support organizational growth. I communicate effectively in English, Bengali, and Hindi and hold an MBA in HR.
