I seek an operations or administrative role where I can apply customer-service expertise, support coordination, grow in supply chain, and contribute to a collaborative team.

I am a motivated, detail-oriented customer service and administrative professional with over 1.5 years' hands-on experience in front-desk operations, complaint resolution, cash handling, and client support. I consistently delivered high member satisfaction (90%+ informal feedback) while managing check-ins, appointments, POS transactions, invoicing, daily reports, and coordination between trainers and sales.

Currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Supply Chain & Logistics, I bring classroom knowledge in logistics and operations together with practical experience in coordination, inventory monitoring, and CRM basics. I adapt quickly, solve problems proactively, and support teams to improve onboarding, renewals, and member engagement.
