At two Free Medical Day events, I welcomed patients, listened to their concerns, gathered basic information, and directed them to the appropriate specialty. I also helped coordinate patient flow during busy periods.
I earned a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Yarmouk University. My training includes professional English communication and writing, as well as Microsoft Excel for Business.
