What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-facing role where I can use my reception and payment skills while learning. I’m also interested in progressing toward paralegal support work in an organized, people-focused team.

I’m an entry-level receptionist and assistant who delivers exceptional customer service while keeping bookings, payments, and client comfort running smoothly. In my Nuna Beauty Bar role, I handled queries, processed transactions, and supported therapists to ensure clients felt well cared for.

I also bring a practical foundation from my Higher Certificate in Paralegal Studies (Stadio) and my training in call centre work. I’m dependable and detail-focused, with skills in legal research and writing, legal procedures, and contract review, backed by a strong work ethic.
