I’m a professional and detail-oriented administrative professional with over 3years of experience across hospitality, healthcare, and legal South Africa environments. I’m skilled in client relations, front deskoperations, and high-volume communication handling, and I’m trusted for delivering exceptional service in fast-paced settings. I consistently maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while handling sensitive, time-sensitive information.

As an Intake Paralegal at Southworth PC (Jan 2026–Present), I handle high volumes of inbound and outbound client communication and conduct intake screenings to gather detailed client information.
