What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can support customers, improve service delivery, coordinate administrative work, and use digital or AI-assisted tools to strengthen communication and workflow efficiency in a collaborative remote or fast-paced environment.

I've supported customer service and digital banking adoption at Société Générale Cameroun (YUP), onboarding an average of 25 customers monthly and generating and activating more than 600 YUP e-wallet accounts.

Through remote freelance work, I manage international client projects spanning customer support, data entry, administrative assistance, professional writing, and deadline-driven communication. I use digital and AI-assisted tools to improve workflows while maintaining strong client relationships.

I've also contributed to service quality, client retention, feedback analysis, and operational improvements for the GenuisesAid Global Zazar7 Project, while leading youth empowerment and community initiatives as a Leader for Africa Ambassador.
