What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a challenging e-commerce or digital operations role where I can use business data analysis, order fulfilment, logistics, CRM, web analytics, and customer engagement to support business growth and operational efficiency.

I've supported e-commerce and digital operations at Cartel E-Business, managing business data, order fulfilment, logistics, export activities, and procurement.

I used MS Excel to manage order information and prepared analytical reports and dashboards for management review. I also analysed website and marketing data through CRM tools to improve user engagement.

My experience includes supporting international clients through Zendesk and Zopim live chat, alongside retail sales, stock control, customer service, and team supervision in UK retail stores and previous retail roles.

I also built responsive front-end layouts at GM Sanza Technologies using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, PHP, WordPress, and Magento, while creating graphics in Adobe Photoshop.
