I’m looking for an HR role where I can own end-to-end talent acquisition and employee lifecycle work, strengthen HR compliance and payroll coordination, and drive employee engagement through practical process improvements with cross-functional stakeholders.

I’m a senior HR professional with 4+ years of experience across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll Coordination, Employee Engagement, and People Operations. I partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve organizational effectiveness through strong HR process execution and compliance.

In my current role as Senior HR Associate, I manage HR operations and the full employee lifecycle, including payroll coordination and compliance initiatives. I communicate with stakeholders to support HR process improvements and organizational growth, while leading employee lifecycle activities and documentation standards.

Previously as an HR Associate, I owned end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management—and partnered with hiring managers on workforce requirements. I streamlined interview coordination and candidate tracking, which reduced time-to-hire, and maintained candidate pipelines using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.

I also served as the primary SPOC for onboarding, improving the new hire experience through standardized onboarding processes and ensuring accurate HR records in GreytHR. I drove employee engagement initiatives and HR reporting (leave trends, recruitment metrics, and workforce data), supported payroll inputs with Finance, and helped implement the organization’s POSH Policy with training and compliance sessions.
