I’m an IT Technician who installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and updates operating systems, and I focus on resolving Windows issues efficiently. I’ve also done software and system troubleshooting and handled network maintenance to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
I completed training with USAID on the project (كتابي) for 15 days and was then accepted to work with them for 6 months in 2023. Earlier, I worked as an IT Technician at Yasser Ramadan Accounting Specialist Office (2020-2022), and I also taught first and second cycle students as a private tutor (2019-2020), which strengthened my communication, teamwork, and patience.
