I’m looking to lead end-to-end Agile delivery for technical teams, translate client needs into actionable plans, manage risks proactively, and use my Python/data skills to ship reliable outcomes with strong stakeholder satisfaction.

I’m a Software Project Manager with a strong engineering background, focused on end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent software projects. I define scope, roadmaps, and success criteria with senior stakeholders, then drive execution through a full Agile/Scrum lifecycle.

In my current role, I manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, and retrospectives using Jira and Confluence across global cross-functional teams. I proactively identify delivery risks and dependencies, implement mitigation plans, and keep projects on track while reducing sprint carry-over.

Before project management, I helped deliver data engineering outcomes by building Python scraping pipelines (Parsel, Requests) and pandas/NumPy data-cleaning workflows, optimizing pipeline performance by ~40%. I also served as a technical liaison between engineering teams and clients to translate requirements into actionable tasks with clear acceptance criteria.

Earlier in my career at Dell and IBM, I coordinated cross-functional incident response projects within defined SLAs and developed structured troubleshooting playbooks adopted org-wide. I bring a disciplined ITSM mindset—triage, root-cause analysis, and escalation—backed by hands-on RHCSA preparation and a Python-focused certification from Cisco Networking Academy.
