At Alexandria Short Film Festival – 12th Edition, I subtitled The Catcher, winner of the Golden Hepta Award for Fiction. I also subtitled So Much for a Piece of Blue Sky for the 11th Edition festival screening.
Through TEDx, I translated talk content between English and Arabic. My translation studies include a practice-based thesis on English-to-Arabic subtitling strategies, and I work with Subtitle Edit, Aegisub, SDL Trados, and MateCat.
