What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote or relocation-friendly role where I can drive retention and service quality—combining customer support, QA, and team leadership—while contributing to process improvements and leveraging my AI evaluation experience.

I’m a Cairo-based customer service professional with 10+ years of experience delivering remote support to international markets, including Ireland, the UK, and the UAE.

In my current role as a Tier 2 Retentions Representative for Vodafone Ireland, I serve as the final escalation point for customers requesting to cancel broadband, landline, and mobile services, consistently achieving a ~90% retention rate through personalised deal negotiation.

Previously, I progressed through Centro Global Solutions from Telesales Representative to Quality Analyst and then Team Leader. I led a team of 16–18 agents, delivered 1:1 coaching sessions, and used call monitoring and structured feedback to improve service quality while maintaining team KPIs and supporting process improvements.

Across earlier experience at Amazon UK and Etisalat UAE, I supported customers via chat, voice, and email, handled escalations, and resolved technical issues that drove high satisfaction.
