I’m seeking remote service work where I can support customers through clear, polite email and chat replies and contribute to consistent service quality.

My customer support training at Great Learning covered handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally, writing clear email and chat replies, and resolving customer problems. I’m building skills for remote service work through practice scenarios that show my approach to tone, clarity, and problem-solving.

I’m currently learning Zendesk, HubSpot, and other help desk platforms through my ongoing Customer Service Diploma at Alison. As a Fund Raiser with Wall of Hope, Lahore, I spoke with potential donors and built trust through clear, respectful, and patient communication.
