I’m seeking a Customer Support position where I can put my fluent English and hands-on support experience to work, and grow into a long-term, dependable member of a support team.

I handled customer queries and complaints through calls and chat, working to resolve issues promptly, accurately, and professionally. I used Zendesk and Intercom to manage and resolve tickets, following structured processes and escalation procedures.

I’m an International Relations undergraduate at GPGC Mandian, Abbottabad, where my coursework includes research methodology and analytical writing. I bring fluent English, a typing speed of 45–50 WPM, and experience supporting clients from diverse backgrounds.
