What I'm looking for
I’m a Business & Systems Analyst with hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle—requirements elicitation, BRD/FRD/SRS documentation, and business process mapping (BPMN/workflows)—paired with structured UAT and functional QA for web, mobile, and AI chatbot platforms. I’ve delivered requirements and validation work across government, transportation, and AI-driven digital transformation projects in Qatar, including Supreme Committee, Qatar Rail, Nakilat, Qatar Diamond Exchange, and multiple AI chatbot implementations.
I work comfortably in Agile/Scrum using Jira, Confluence, and GitLab, and I translate complex stakeholder needs into actionable artifacts (use cases, acceptance criteria, and digital form specifications). In recent roles, I conducted UAT across Dev/Staging/Production, logged and tracked defects via Jira, coordinated cross-functionally with UI/UX, front-end, back-end, AI, and QA engineering teams, and supported regression testing and retrospectives.
