Previously at Sprintville Technologies, I led national ICT sales, strategy, and bid execution across Brunei's government and enterprise landscape, improving tender win rates by 40%. At Huawei, I delivered 20% year-on-year revenue growth, managed strategic enterprise accounts, and secured opportunities spanning banking infrastructure, government networks, education WiFi6, and renewable energy.

I've built commercial momentum through account strategy, presales solutioning, bid governance, pricing, channel development, and partner execution. My work has included a five-year Brunei Government framework contract, Huawei ICT Academy establishment, and management of more than 10 channel partners.

Earlier, I led broadband, call center, and network operations at Telekom Brunei Berhad, expanding FTTx subscribers by 30%, reducing downtime and operating costs by 20%, and improving first-call resolution by 25%.
