I am a mature, innovative and hardworking shop assistant who is goal-oriented and motivated to help organizations thrive. I take ownership of my work and deliver accurate, timely service with minimal supervision.

I have hands-on experience running retail print-and-post shops, managing daily cash-ups, issuing invoices, and operating large-format Canon printers up to A0. I routinely handle ID, passport and visa photo services, document binding, faxing and scanning, and support customers with basic computer tasks.

I coordinate parcel booking and tracking with national and international couriers, assist customers with packaging, and manage postal boxes and registered mail. I pride myself on keeping customers satisfied and maintaining shop standards while working independently when required.

I communicate effectively across languages, remain flexible under changing duties, and bring strong telephone, complaint-handling and records-management skills. I am focused on contributing reliable, professional service and continuous improvement in operations.
