What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a full-time HR and talent acquisition role where I can own full-cycle recruiting, leverage Workday to manage candidate pipelines, and partner with leaders to refine hiring processes.

I’m a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on full cycle recruiting across U.S. and international roles, partnering with stakeholders to keep hiring moving from sourcing through offers. I specialize in Workday recruiting and Workday analytics to manage strong candidate pipelines.

In my recent role with HBX Group, I managed full cycle recruitment for U.S. and international roles and built business acumen with hotel and travel industry clients. I screened, interviewed, and processed candidate offers to support consistent, timely outcomes.

At Southwest Airlines, I recruited for Airport Stations and Inflight/Ground Operations, specializing in Workday recruiting to manage full cycle hiring and candidate pipelines. I partnered with station leaders to refine interview processes and help fill vacancies.
