I’ve supported customers in retail, hospitality, promotional, and merchandising environments, answering questions, providing product information, and creating positive experiences.

As a Merchandiser at Diplomat South Africa, I worked directly with customers and retail teams, maintained accurate product displays, followed procedures, and completed tasks within deadlines. Through promotional and brand ambassador work, I introduced products and promotions while adapting my communication to different customers and environments.

I’ve also built customer-service and call-centre knowledge through training in professional telephone communication, customer handling, issue resolution, inbound and outbound support, and structured processes.

I’m ready for remote customer support work involving phone, chat, email, appointment scheduling, bookings, virtual assistance, sales support, or accurate data entry. I learn new systems quickly, work independently, and stay calm and professional when resolving customer concerns.
