I am a customer-focused financial advisor and educator with experience in financial services, sales, and classroom support. I hold certifications in financial services and ICT and completed secondary education with strong Zulu language skills.

I worked at Sanlam Sky as a Financial Advisor where I supported clients with financial products and advice, and I sold products for Herbalife, building direct-sales and client relationship experience. I also served as a Teacher's Assistant with the Department of Education, supporting learning activities and student needs.

My volunteer work as a Coach I for Siyaphakama Ngo reflects my commitment to community development and youth engagement. I have completed assessments that highlight problem-solving ability and a high behavioral activation score, showing persistence and a positive, committed mindset.
