Currently, I am completing an internship as a Service Desk Analyst, where I am gaining valuable hands-on experience in IT support, communication, and issue management. My role involves acting as the central communication link between clients and technicians, ensuring that client issues are logged and resolved efficiently.

Throughout my internship at Alteram Solutions, I have developed proficiency in using tools like Ivanti for ticketing and Telviva for call handling. I pride myself on my attention to detail and my ability to maintain professionalism while delivering high-quality service.
