Nolan groeb

At Michigan Medicine, I support clinical and operational teams by resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues that could disrupt patient-care workflows.

I've led device deployments, activations, upgrades, and lifecycle replacements, contributing to the FY2022–FY2023 rollout of more than 5,000 devices while meeting every project deadline. I also serve as an IT project lead for initiatives including the Mott's NICU expansion, PTCU renovation, and Mott’s Hospital Game Day Experience Room.

I bring experience in asset management, endpoint support, equipment staging, and coordinating technology transitions across a large healthcare environment. I create user-friendly documentation, mentor teammates on troubleshooting and best practices, and step in as backup lead for enterprise hardware lifecycle work.

I'm building on this hands-on foundation with a Technology Management degree, IT-focused associate degree, and business analysis training in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, stakeholder communication, and process documentation.
