At UNIQ by Checkers, I assist customers with product enquiries, purchases, refunds and exchanges while supporting day-to-day store operations.

I process in-store transactions, support stock control, and assist with scheduling and staff clock-in queries. When the team lead is absent, I contribute to team coordination and operational reporting.

Previously, at Dial a Stock Taker, I counted food, grocery and perishable stock and updated stock levels using handheld devices and system records.

I also prepared stock-count information and assisted with SAP receiving processes. My experience includes customer support, administration and retail operations, and I’m ready to bring these skills to executive support, client experience or business operations in a remote working environment.
