I’m looking for remote roles where I can manage emails, calendars, invoicing, and records, support customers, and collaborate with international teams using flexible, clear communication.

I’m a detail-oriented, proactive Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in administrative support, customer service, and digital communication. I manage emails, scheduling, invoicing, and accurate record-keeping in fast-paced environments while staying calm, organized, and responsive.

In my recent full-time role as an Administrative Assistant, I managed emails, bookings, and courier coordination, prepared invoices, and supported basic bookkeeping. I maintained digital records and used Microsoft Word and Excel daily to handle documentation, invoicing, and data management with accuracy.

Before that, I built strong customer-facing and operational skills through part-time roles in retail and hospitality, including stock management, transaction processing, and handling customer queries professionally. I’m bilingual in English and Afrikaans, comfortable working independently across international time zones, and ready to support remote teams with reliable, flexible communication.
