For five years, I served as a Customer Service Representative / Team Lead at Mid and Mega Stores, where I handled customer inquiries, resolved complaints professionally, and processed orders accurately and efficiently. I also supervised team members to ensure service standards were met and managed inventory checks and daily reports.

I’m confident handling escalated customer issues according to company policies, and I work well both independently and as part of a team. I take pride in delivering quality work and contributing positively wherever I’m assigned.

Before that, I worked as a Junior Virtual Assistant at Eddy Val Electronics, supporting customer-facing and administrative operations. I answered calls, provided customer information, maintained customer records and databases, and supported office operations—strengthening my attention to detail and customer-first mindset.
