What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level IT support or repair technician role where I can troubleshoot confidently, repair and build systems, and communicate clearly—while staying honest with customers and learning new tools quickly.

I’m an IT Support Technician with an NQF Level 5 in IT Systems Support and several years of practical freelance work. I’m comfortable handling hardware repairs, PC building, OS installation, diagnostics, and customer support, always keeping clients informed and decisions clear.

In my freelance role, I build custom gaming and office PCs with clean cable management, repair components like screens, keyboards, RAM, storage, batteries, and charging ports, and use diagnostic tools to identify hardware failures. I also install and troubleshoot Windows OS, drivers, and antivirus, and help clients with Wi‑Fi, routers, and basic home server setups.

I take pride in being honest with clients—especially when advising them that a repair may not be worth the cost. From custom PC builds to home server setup and my diagnostic toolkit development, I enjoy solving real problems efficiently and explaining solutions in simple terms.
