I’m a detail-oriented IT Support Technician known for a calm, service-driven approach and strong client support. I’ve built a reputation for “100% issue resolution” using Autotask and Zendesk, and I’m skilled across Office 365, VoIP, networking, and hardware diagnostics.

In my current on-site and remote role at Stafford Accounting Services, I support a fast-paced environment by keeping critical operations uninterrupted. I’ve resolved 100+ hardware, software, and network tickets with 100% resolu�on, managed Office 365 environments (creating user accounts, configuring email, and troubleshooting applications), and installed and maintained office hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and VOIP systems.

I also work independently on hardware and network projects—planning and wiring multi-node IP camera networks, extending Wi-Fi coverage, and diagnosing and repairing hardware failures in laptops, PCs, and smartphones. I’m actively pursuing the CompTIA A+ certification to earn formal credentials in hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
