What I'm looking for

I’m eager to contribute my learning and development expertise to an innovative, forward-thinking organization, creating impactful learning experiences and visual content that drive engagement, understanding, and growth.

At Ethos Limited, I lead LMS and digital learning initiatives, developing AI-enabled assessments and interactive e-learning modules in Articulate Storyline 360. I manage the learning lifecycle from needs analysis and content development through SCORM packaging, LMS deployment, and certification.

At NIIT Foundation, I developed learning programs, led capacity-building and team-building activities, and facilitated training in virtual and in-person settings. I also worked with clients and internal teams to plan projects and monitor progress.

My project work has included leading PMKVY skill development training and a Microsoft Digital Learning Classroom Project for specially-abled and underprivileged students. I’ve also facilitated capacity building for e-Governance platforms and designed gender equality awareness programs.
