I conceived and built Amplify, Amazon's primary AI-assisted seller-insights tool for account managers across North America and Europe. It reduced call preparation time 89%, cut inference spend 92%, and lowered incorrect recommendations and off-guideline emails to 3%.
Across Amazon Marketplace, Customer & Competitive Insights, Selling Partner Services, and Amazon Pay, I've driven roadmap decisions, benchmarking, self-service, and defect-reduction work.
