I'm looking to lead strategy and delivery for enterprise SaaS or AI products, using customer insights, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to build scalable experiences with measurable business impact.

At Amazon, I owned strategy and delivery for enterprise platforms and AI-powered employee experiences used globally. I turn customer insights, analytics, and operational feedback into prioritized roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

For Amazon Prelude, I led the scheduling and automation platform serving 36,000 active users and facilitating more than 1,045,000 meetings. Product improvements reduced operational overhead and generated more than $700K in monthly time savings.

I also led initiatives for Amazon’s A to Z Assistant, delivering LLM-powered support capabilities to more than 324,000 users and driving 200% growth in Slack assistant adoption. Earlier, I launched automation and machine learning insights tools for global recruiting teams, saving 2,173+ hours of manual coordination work.
