At Google Operations Center, I lead campaign execution and QA for global enterprise clients across LATAM, NORAM, APAC, EMEA, and Global regions. I manage and mentor a team of 5–8 members while contributing directly to delivery.

I build and QA email campaigns in Marketo and Knak, including audience building, scheduling, activation, and Litmus testing. I also provide stakeholders with status updates, risk assessments, and delivery insights.

Previously at Accenture supporting Mountain View, I translated business requirements into scalable Marketo solutions and developed emails, landing pages, forms, and campaign assets. I later led end-to-end QA validation, manual testing workflows, and process standardization initiatives.

I'm Marketo Certified and bring 10+ years of experience in marketing automation, stakeholder management, Agile planning, quality governance, and team mentoring.
