I’m looking to lead Atlassian/Jira service operations transformations—improving governance, consolidating portals, automating workflows with Forge/RovoAI/PowerShell, and delivering clear SLA/reporting outcomes that cut manual work and reduce costs.

I’m a Senior Atlassian Platform Administrator and Enterprise ITSM specialist with 7+ years supporting Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Assets, and Atlassian Cloud. I act as an organization-wide Atlassian SME/SPOC, turning complex service operations into practical, governed workflows that teams can actually use.

At Emmes / VeridixAI, I led major platform improvements, including consolidating 31 service desk portals into 3 enterprise projects, migrating 216 Jira projects between Cloud sites, and rebuilding permission/workflow configurations for cleaner governance. I also built CMDB/Assets structures that connect software, hardware, and HR onboarding/offboarding data to access management and application ownership.

I build automation to reduce manual work and platform costs—Forge apps, RovoAI agent workflows, Power BI dashboards, and PowerShell automations. I’ve improved SLAs, request routing, approvals, and operational health reporting, using Zephyr for QA/release validation and training users so Jira/JSM, Scrum practices, and dashboards drive measurable outcomes.
