I’m an Atlassian Platform Administrator with 5+ years of experience managing Jira Service Management, Jira Data Center, and Jira Cloud environments across enterprise organizations. I focus on strong platform governance, administration, and scalable solutions that help teams deliver ITSM and Agile processes reliably.

I design and enhance complex Jira workflows, custom fields, screens, permission schemes, notification schemes, and issue security schemes. I also build advanced automation using ScriptRunner, Groovy, and Automation for Jira to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort, while strengthening SLA management and service delivery.
