I’m a results-driven Jira Administrator and Atlassian Platform specialist with 4+ years of experience configuring and managing Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence for cross-functional teams. I focus on turning complex business requirements into streamlined Atlassian solutions that improve productivity and reporting quality.

I build scalable workflows, workflow governance, and automation-led processes—including permission schemes, screens, custom fields, issue types, and dashboards—that increase project delivery transparency and reduce manual effort. I also strengthen Agile execution with boards, backlogs, sprint views, status models, and management visibility across stories, tasks, bugs, enhancements, and service work.

Across Agile, PMO, and QA environments, I structure QA and defect tracking with traceable issue transitions and Xray-aligned test management, supporting SLA/action tracking and better closure monitoring. I’ve also delivered automation initiatives like license renewal reminders, MoM adherence using Confluence + Jira, and customer intake forms, and I’ve supported NOC/incident operations using Jira alongside Zabbix for better incident visibility and service continuity.
