I’m looking for a dynamic hospitality role where I can leverage my front-desk ownership, guest service, and kitchen/operations experience—working in a fast-paced, high-standards environment that values organization, safety, and culturally aware service.

I’m a versatile hospitality professional with international experience across Jersey (UK), Dubai, and Sri Lanka, bringing over 8 years of diverse front-of-house and back-of-house capability. I’m known for being energetic, culturally aware, and exceptionally adaptable in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

Over the past nearly 5 years in Jersey, I delivered dedicated culinary and kitchen support as a Chef / Kitchen Assistant, assisting senior chefs with high-volume preparation, sanitation, and safety hygiene compliance aligned with UK food safety standards. I also managed stock rotation using the FIFO method, and supported peak service to ensure timely delivery for up to 50 covers/guests per night.

On the front desk, I’ve represented hotels by managing reservations, greeting visitors professionally, answering multi-line calls, and resolving customer complaints quickly. At Full Moon Group Hotels – Hotel Onreech, I managed high-volume check-in/out operations—up to 20 room reservations daily and over 100 guest check-ins/check-outs per week—while generating attendance/visitor spreadsheets to keep teams aligned.

I round out my service with sales and hospitality support experience, including retail/sales operations at La Mer Beach in Dubai where I welcomed international tourists, drove sales with strong communication, and handled cash registers, transactions, and inventory management. Trained through NVQ Level 03 (Waiter / Steward) and maritime-focused coursework (including MLC and housekeeping operations), I bring organized, guest-first service with certified safety readiness and hands-on food & beverage support.
