What I'm looking for

I seek a hospitality role where I can lead teams, improve guest experience, drive sales, and grow into higher operations or management responsibilities.

I am a dedicated hospitality professional with over four years of supervisory and sales experience across multiple properties within a hotel group. I focus on delivering excellent guest service while driving sales and operational efficiency.

My background includes frontline reception work and progressive roles such as Sales Officer and Incharge of Operations, where I led teams and coordinated day-to-day hotel functions. I have completed a Professional Level Front Office course at the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management.

I bring strong communication, problem-solving and time-management skills, and I am comfortable with MS Office, email and internet tools to support operational needs. I also completed a six-month English course to strengthen my language and guest-interaction capabilities.
