I’m looking for a hospitality role where I can lead a kitchen team, maintain strict food safety, and deliver fast, high-quality service in a supportive, high-energy environment.

I’m a Kitchen Manager with hands-on experience overseeing both front and back-of-house operations in a high-paced, Mexican-infused fast food environment. I’m known for keeping food safety and hygiene standards consistently met, and for staying calm and efficient during busy, high-pressure service hours.

I lead through staff supervision and training, manage inventory control, and focus on exceptional food quality and service standards. I’ve also built strong customer-facing skills from my part-time chef/crew role—handling requests, taking feedback positively, and resolving small issues quickly—while maintaining quality and speed.
