What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition role where I can use end-to-end sourcing, screening, tracking, and stakeholder coordination to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes.

I've led end-to-end Advertising Operations hiring at Trafficomm Digital Media Services for more than three years, building consistent candidate pipelines through Indeed, Naukri, and Hirect.

I create and maintain job trackers across multiple hiring pipelines, giving stakeholders real-time visibility into hiring status and pipeline health. Through WhatsApp updates and outbound calls, I keep candidates informed, improve engagement, and support faster closures.

Previously at Masadir HR Services, I screened candidates against detailed job descriptions, built qualified shortlists, evaluated technical fit and availability, and coordinated candidates through joining with clients.

My earlier UI/UX, graphic design, and 3D modelling experience also helps me understand creative and technical talent, evaluate portfolios, and collaborate across functions.
