What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a talent acquisition role where I can own end-to-end screening and sourcing, use ATS and data analysis to improve quality and speed, and partner cross-functionally to hire IT and business teams effectively.

I’m a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on candidate screening, recruitment strategy, and data analysis to streamline hiring and improve team performance. I’ve used applicant tracking systems to keep candidate data accurate and up to date, including ATS (gHire).

In recent roles, I’ve sourced, screened, and hired for IT and Non-IT positions across Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, QA/Testers, DevOps/SRE, and more—covering levels from SDE 1/2/3/4 to Lead, Staff, EMs, and DOE.
