What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to talent acquisition and HR operations work where I can improve hiring processes, support workforce planning, use data-driven insights, and create strong candidate and employee experiences.

At Glider.ai, I manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and HR screening to offer rollout, onboarding, and candidate engagement for technical and non-technical roles.

I partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders on hiring requirements, workforce planning, talent pipelines, recruitment reporting, and process improvements. I use LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS platforms, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and AI-enabled sourcing tools to keep hiring data accurate and actionable.

Previously, I supported recruitment for clients including BYJU’S and BigBasket at Corner Tree Consulting, and conducted market research, expert mapping, stakeholder communication, and reporting at Vedak Expert Networks.
