Nisar Alam

I’m an operations and program management professional with an MBA, and an experience building and running businesses end-to-end. As founder, I ran two consumer brands simultaneously, aligning cross departmental teams across packaging, sales, delivery, design, and e-commerce. My focus has consistently been execution backed by repeatable process, designing onboarding and training, building vendor and supplier partnerships for reliable supply chain execution, and standardizing workflows to keep operations efficient as the business grew. Through disciplined budgeting and cost control, I scaled operations across 15+ Indian states, onboarded 500+ retailers, and built a base of 400+ repeat business owners through online selling and market expansion. I've also worked in public service, as an Operations Associate with the Office of the Advisor to the Chief Minister of NCT of Delhi, managing 16 Mohalla Sabha meetings and tracking 100+ complaints through resolution. Recognitions include a Gold Medal for fundraising for Cancer Aid Society and a top 1% shortlist for the Punjab Good Governance Fellowship 2025. Currently looking for remote program/project management or operations roles where I can bring structure, follow-through, and a track record of getting things done, open across sectors and industries.
