What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support, systems administration, or network administration role where I can resolve technical incidents, manage infrastructure, build on my cloud and virtualization experience, and contribute to reliable operations.

I've supported users and maintained infrastructure at IT Route, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring networks and routers, and managing remote support through Jira. I also operated Hyper-V, administered virtual machines, and managed accounts and access policies across Azure VM and Windows Server environments.

I've built self-hosted infrastructure using ZimaOS, Tailscale, Linux, storage volumes, network routing, and containerized services. My university capstone involved developing an NFC-authenticated alarm system with JavaScript-based access validation and event-triggered alerts.

At Canterbury Leagues Club, I resolved gaming-machine faults, trained staff, and handled regulated banking and financial operations across two sites. I bring technical troubleshooting discipline, accurate operational execution, and experience working to SLA and compliance standards.
