What I'm looking for
I’m an IT professional with experience in technical support, network operations, and customer service leadership. I’m currently pursuing a Master of Information Technology at La Trobe University, and I bring a strong focus on delivering secure and reliable IT solutions.
In technical support roles, I’ve handled troubleshooting and incident work through help desk support, monitoring, and connectivity issue resolution. I’ve supported network and system issues at an L1 level, coordinating technical teams and customers to drive issue resolution and maintain service quality.
On the operations and customer service side, I led a team to deliver high-quality customer support at MetLife Insurance (ALICO). I improved customer satisfaction through process optimisation and used customer data and feedback to drive service improvements, while ensuring compliance with data security and privacy standards.
My background also includes networking fundamentals through routing and switching experience, plus hands-on work with basic network setup and troubleshooting. I’m motivated by bridging technical and customer needs, and I’m ready to keep improving operational efficiency through clear communication, problem solving, and reliable support.
