In my role as a Specialist of Institutional Sales & Trading, I managed client communications, account openings, and KYC processes. I provided administrative support to the department and handled reporting and periodic reviews.

As a Language Advisory Contractor, I was responsible for prompt generation, validation, and annotation, as well as translation of texts and machine translation validation. My role included quality analysis, transcription of audio, and general language consulting.

As a Customer Care Specialist, I communicated with customers regarding travel insurance, managed sales, and provided administrative support to sales departments. I also assisted with claims handling and reporting.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on practical applications in the business sector.
