At ITnow Inc, I built an agentic AI tool on ServiceNow that turns meeting transcripts into CSDM architecture models, reducing generation from minutes to seconds. I also engineered production workflows for ITSM routing and approvals, and developed Service Portal widgets for CSDM visualization and JSON uploads.
As a Full Stack Developer Intern at Quantum Hook, I built a medical claim submission flow and designed secure Django REST Framework endpoints. I integrated the OpenAI GPT API to turn clinical notes into structured reports, and have also built personal projects including a Gemini-powered assistant and a real-time typing race game.
