What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-centered role where I can provide ABA therapy, employment coaching, or administrative support while helping people build independence and workplace success.

I'm currently delivering ABA therapy at Ausome Development Center in clinic and community settings, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision and documenting client progress.

Previously, at Integrity Quality Care, I supported individuals with disabilities in securing and maintaining competitive employment through resume support, interview preparation, workplace-readiness coaching, and on-the-job guidance.

I've also managed front desk operations, scheduling, calendars, client intake, confidential records, and communication with clients, families, employers, and staff.

Across Bridge To Brilliance Therapy, Americare Autism Center, and Fraser, I've provided individualized behavioral and direct support while maintaining accurate documentation, compliance, and respectful client care.
