I’m a Registered Behavior Technician focused on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) that turns behavior goals into daily, trackable progress. I implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), supporting independence while keeping sessions safe, structured, and individualized.

In my current role, I provide direct one-on-one therapy for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). I collect and analyze client data by documenting behavioral observations and changes, then help translate that information into strategies for skill acquisition in communication, socialization, self-help, and academic skills.

Beyond clinical work, I’ve strengthened my people-first approach through customer-facing roles where I prioritize welcoming service, patience, and responsiveness. As a Walgreens shift leader/manager, I practiced delegation, multitasking, time management, and people skills to keep teams and operations moving smoothly.

I also bring classroom support experience from volunteering at Pioneer Elementary School, where I helped the teacher as needed. I’m motivated by roles that combine care, organization, and continuous improvement—where I can grow my impact, refine my practice, and contribute to a team that values clients and staff.
