I’m a Registered Behavioral Technician who supports individualized programming like discrete trial training, verbal behavior, academics, self-care skills, and social skills development, using behavior plans created by BCBAs and other appropriate staff. I collect daily progress data for assigned students and report it to supervisors and the team, staying consistent and detail-focused in every session.

Alongside direct care, I also bring strong client-facing and operational strengths from my Front Desk Associate role, where I delivered excellent customer service, collected intake information, and managed scheduling and rescheduling to ensure appointments run on time. I handle sensitive patient files with confidentiality and HIPAA adherence, coordinate necessary paperwork before sessions, and keep communication clear through phone coverage, email, and office support.
